Advertiser Terms of Service

These Advertiser Terms of Service ("Advertiser Terms") apply when you list a business, service, package, or promotion on Celebrio Events ("Celebrio," "we," "us") — whether as a vendor, service provider, sponsor, or paid advertiser. They supplement, and form part of, our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If anything here conflicts with the general Terms for vendor or advertiser activities, these Advertiser Terms control.

• You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter contracts in your country.
• You must represent a real business or sole proprietorship and provide accurate contact, billing, and tax details.
• We may require identity, business registration, or address verification before approving your listing or releasing payouts.
• We may decline or remove listings that don't meet our quality, safety, or content standards.

• You're responsible for the accuracy of all business information, pricing, packages, portfolio images, and availability you publish.
• You own or have the rights to all photos, logos, and copy you upload, and you grant Celebrio a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host and display them for the purpose of operating the marketplace.
• No misleading claims, fake reviews, plagiarised photos, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• No prohibited goods or services (illegal items, weapons, adult content, hate speech, scams, MLM recruitment).

• You commit to responding to genuine inquiries within a reasonable time (we target under 48 hours).
• Quotes must be honoured at the price shown when the customer enquired, unless scope changes are agreed in writing.
• Any contracts, deposits, and refunds for off-platform bookings are between you and the customer; Celebrio is not a party to them.
• You must not solicit customers off-platform purely to avoid fees while a Celebrio booking is in progress.

• Basic listings are free. Featured placements, promoted listings, and ad campaigns are paid; current rates are shown in the dashboard before checkout.
• For bookings or payments processed through Celebrio, our platform fee and payment-processor fee are deducted before payout.
• Payouts are made to the billing/payout method on file once funds clear and any dispute window has passed.
• Taxes, including VAT/GST where applicable, are your responsibility to declare and remit.

• Customers may leave honest reviews of your service. You must not incentivise, fake, or retaliate against reviews.
• We may mediate disputes but we are not an arbitrator; for legal disputes, parties may need to use the courts of the agreed jurisdiction.
• Repeated complaints, chargebacks, or policy breaches may lead to demotion, removal from search, or suspension.

• You may only use customer contact details we share with you to fulfil the inquiry or booking they made — not for unrelated marketing.
• You must handle customer personal data in line with applicable data protection law (e.g. GDPR, Philippine Data Privacy Act).
• Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

• We may suspend or remove your listing for breach of these Advertiser Terms, fraud, safety risk, or repeated low quality.
• You can delete your vendor profile at any time from the dashboard; pending bookings must still be honoured.
• Sections on payments owed, liability, and indemnities survive termination.

Celebrio provides the marketplace and tooling "as is." We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or quality of services performed by you or other vendors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these Advertiser Terms. Material changes are notified in the dashboard and may require you to re-accept before continuing to publish.
