How much does it cost to publish?
Free events are always free. Paid events pay a one-time publishing fee based on capacity — from Topaz (₱149) up to Onyx (₱9,999). No monthly subscription.
What does the publishing fee cover?
Your one-time publishing fee unlocks the full Celebrio platform for that event: a hosted event page, unlimited ticket tiers (early bird, regular, VIP), QR-code ticket issuance, the door check-in scanner app, RSVP and attendee management, sales and check-in analytics, manual payment verification tools, and ongoing platform/hosting. It is NOT a ticket commission — Celebrio takes 0% of your ticket sales, and guests pay you directly via GCash, Maya, bank transfer, or cash. The fee scales by capacity tier, from Topaz (₱149) up to Painite (₱36,999) for events of 30,001–50,000 seats.
How do I receive ticket payments?
Add your GCash, Maya, bank, or cash details in settings. Guests pay you directly using those methods — funds never sit with us.
Do I need to verify my business?
Yes, organizers complete a one-time identity and business verification before publishing. Verification typically takes under 24 hours.
Can I run multiple events?
Absolutely. Your organizer account can host unlimited events — pay the publishing fee only when you go live with a paid event.
