Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Celebrio Events, operated by Danztrack Studios ("Celebrio," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our websites, mobile applications, check-in tools, vendor marketplace, ticketing, community, advertising, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Services. By using the Services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

Celebrio is an event platform that connects guests, organizers, vendors, planners, sponsors, event staff, advertisers, and affiliates. The Services include event discovery and ticketing, manual-payment processing (such as bank transfer, GCash, Maya, and InstaPay), check-in and scanning tools, vendor and planner profiles and directories, wedding planning tools (budget, guests, RSVP, seating, registry, timeline, gallery), corporate and festival event tools, public RSVP and sponsor pages, a community section, job postings, and advertising.

Celebrio provides the platform. Events, services, tickets, products, and listings are offered by organizers, vendors, planners, advertisers, and other third parties — not by Celebrio. Celebrio is not the seller, organizer, performer, or venue for any event unless we expressly say so.

To access most features you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your password secure. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, change your password immediately and report it through our security reporting form.

Organizers, vendors, and advertisers must complete identity and business verification before publishing events, posting jobs, or launching campaigns. Celebrio may request additional documents, and may suspend or reject accounts that fail verification or appear fraudulent.

The Services include different user roles. Each role agrees to the responsibilities below:

• Guests / customers — honor the terms of any ticket you purchase, follow the organizer's event rules, and treat other users and vendors with respect.
• Organizers — accurately describe your event (date, venue, capacity, refund policy, age restrictions), deliver the event as advertised, comply with permits and applicable laws (including BIR registration if you sell tickets), and respond to attendees in a reasonable time.
• Vendors — provide truthful business information, honor quotes and bookings you accept, deliver the services contracted, and comply with applicable consumer protection laws.
• Planners — complete the planner application and verification before being listed in the planner directory, accurately represent your experience and portfolio, and honor engagements you accept through the platform.
• Sponsors — provide accurate brand information for sponsor profiles and event sponsorship placements, hold the rights to any logos and creatives you upload, and comply with the sponsorship terms agreed with the organizer.
• Event staff — users invited by an organizer (via a staff invitation link) to assist with check-in, scanning, or on-site operations. You agree to use attendee data only for the event you were invited to, keep your access credentials confidential, and stop using the tools when your assignment ends or your access is revoked.
• Advertisers — submit only truthful, lawful creatives; respect Celebrio's advertising guidelines; and do not impersonate third parties.
• Affiliates — promote events honestly, never engage in self-referrals, and disclose your affiliate status where required by law.
• All users — do not upload personal data of third parties without their consent (see Section 3 of the Privacy Notice).

You retain ownership of content you submit (event details, photos, posts, listings, messages, reviews). You grant Celebrio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate, promote, and improve the Services.

You agree not to post content that:

• is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory;
• infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
• promotes illegal goods or services, including unlicensed gambling, firearms, or controlled substances;
• contains malware, scraping scripts, or attempts to bypass our security;
• misrepresents your identity, affiliation, verification status, or badges; or
• is spam, deceptive marketing, or astroturfed reviews.

Celebrio may, at its sole discretion, hide, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms or community guidelines, and may suspend or terminate offending accounts.

When you book a ticket, hire a vendor, or pay for a paid feature (such as an event publishing fee, job posting, or campaign budget), you enter into a contract with the seller (the organizer, vendor, or Celebrio for platform fees). Celebrio does not process card or e-wallet transactions for ticket sales — for manual bookings, you upload proof of payment (such as a receipt image or reference number) and the seller or Celebrio's payments team verifies it.

You are responsible for ensuring that proof-of-payment uploads are truthful and accurate. Submitting falsified or duplicated proof of payment is grounds for immediate termination, may invalidate any ticket issued, and may be reported to authorities.

Tickets, QR codes, badges, and check-in tokens are personal and non-transferable unless the organizer expressly allows transfer. Each ticket may only be checked in once; subsequent scans will be rejected.

Refund and cancellation rules are set by the organizer or vendor and are shown on the event or listing page before you book. Celebrio does not guarantee refunds for organizer-run events beyond the organizer's stated policy and applicable consumer protection law.

Where Celebrio is the direct seller of a paid platform feature (event publishing fee, job posting, advertising budget), refunds are governed by the rules shown at checkout. Unspent advertising budget may be refunded on request, subject to verification and approval.

If an organizer cancels an event, the organizer is responsible for refunds to ticket buyers. Celebrio will support the refund process and, where the organizer refuses or is unreachable, may intervene to protect attendees.

Some Services carry platform fees, such as event publishing fees (which scale with event capacity), job posting fees, and advertising spend. Applicable fees are shown before you confirm a purchase.

Organizers, vendors, planners, and advertisers are solely responsible for the assessment, collection, reporting, and remittance of all taxes (including VAT, withholding, and income taxes) on their sales through the Services, and for issuing the appropriate BIR receipts to their customers.

Payouts (where applicable) are made using the payout details you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of those details and for any fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider.

The Services, including the Celebrio name, logos, platform design, and underlying software, are owned by Danztrack Studios and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license to use the Services granted in these Terms, no right, title, or interest in the Services is transferred to you.

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works of the Services without our prior written consent. If you believe content on the Services infringes your rights, submit a takedown request through our contact form (use the subject "IP / copyright complaint") with the URL, a description of the infringed work, and proof of ownership.

You agree not to:

• use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• resell tickets, run unauthorized secondary markets, or scalp;
• circumvent verification, payment, check-in, or anti-fraud controls;
• use automated tools to scrape, mass-create accounts, or stuff the ballot on polls, contests, or reviews;
• upload another person's data (guest lists, contacts, photos) without their consent;
• impersonate Celebrio staff, organizers, vendors, or other users;
• interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Services.

We take platform security seriously. If you discover a vulnerability, please report it through our vulnerability reporting form and do not exploit the issue, access other users' data, or publicly disclose it before we have had a reasonable opportunity to remediate. Good-faith reporters acting under our reporting process will not be pursued for legitimate research.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Notice, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). Our data retention schedule explains how long we keep each category of data and how to request account deletion.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Celebrio does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; that events advertised by organizers will take place as described; or that vendors or planners will perform as promised. Any reliance you place on listings, reviews, ratings, or other content is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Celebrio and Danztrack Studios, together with their officers, employees, and partners, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

Celebrio's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Celebrio in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one thousand pesos (PHP 1,000.00). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including liability for gross negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Celebrio, Danztrack Studios, and their respective officers, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your use of the Services, (b) your content or listings, (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law, or (d) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property and privacy rights.

Celebrio may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for Celebrio or other users, or engaged in fraud.

You may request deletion of your account at any time from Account → Danger zone. Deletion is processed in accordance with our data retention schedule — including a 24-month grace period before anonymization, and continued retention of records we are required to keep under Philippine tax, accounting, and AMLA rules.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will continue to apply after your account is terminated.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively before the proper courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will notify you through the Services or by email and update the "Effective date" above. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
