Organizer Terms of Service

Version 1.0 · Applies to all events published on Celebrio.

1. Who these terms apply to

These Organizer Terms of Service ("Organizer Terms") apply when you create, publish, sell tickets to, or operate an event on Celebrio Events ("Celebrio," "we," "us") — whether as an individual organizer, wedding host, festival operator, corporate event team, or event planner. They supplement, and form part of, our general Terms of Service, Privacy Notice, and Data Processing Agreement. If anything here conflicts with the general Terms for organizer activities, these Organizer Terms control.

2. Eligibility and verification

  • You are at least 18 and legally able to enter contracts.
  • If you organize on behalf of a company, you have authority to bind it.
  • You will provide accurate organizer details, business information, payout information, and a valid government-issued ID when we request verification.
  • We may suspend or remove your event, payouts, or account if verification fails or information becomes inaccurate.

3. Your event listing and content

  • You are solely responsible for your event: its description, date, venue, capacity, age restrictions, safety, permits, taxes, and lawful operation.
  • You will not list events that are illegal, deceptive, infringing, discriminatory, dangerous, or that violate our community standards.
  • You own (or have rights to use) all images, logos, copy, music, and other material you upload. You grant Celebrio a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote your event listing, including in search, ads, emails, and social posts.
  • You will keep your listing accurate at all times and update it promptly when material details change.

4. Tickets, pricing, and capacity

  • You set ticket prices, tiers, and capacity. Prices are inclusive of any taxes you are required to collect from attendees.
  • You will honor tickets sold through Celebrio and admit valid ticket holders subject to your published terms.
  • You will not sell more tickets than the published capacity or oversell a tier without disclosing it to ticket holders.

5. Publishing fee, boosts, and platform fees

  • Paid events are charged a one-time publishing fee based on capacity at the time of publication. Free events (₱0 ticket price) are exempt.
  • Optional paid boosts (category, badge, homepage) run for the durations shown at checkout and end automatically when your event ends.
  • Platform service fees, payment processing fees, refund handling, and chargeback fees may apply and are disclosed at checkout or in your dashboard. You authorize Celebrio to deduct these from your payouts.
  • Fees and fee schedules may change with prospective notice via the dashboard or email.

6. Payouts

  • Payouts are sent to the payout method you register and verify (e.g. GCash, GoTyme, InstaPay, or bank transfer). You are responsible for keeping it accurate.
  • We may hold, delay, or reverse payouts if we reasonably suspect fraud, excessive chargebacks, refund risk, sanctions exposure, or a violation of these terms.
  • You are responsible for your own taxes, including income tax and VAT where applicable. We may withhold or report amounts where required by law.

7. Refunds, cancellations, and reschedules

  • You will publish a clear refund policy on every event listing and honor it. If you cancel or materially change an event (date, venue, headline act), affected ticket holders are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.
  • Publishing fees and used boost fees are generally non-refundable.
  • Celebrio may issue refunds to ticket holders on your behalf and recover those amounts from future payouts where required by consumer-protection law, payment-network rules, or our policies.

8. Attendee data and the Data Processing Agreement

When you collect attendee personal data through Celebrio (names, emails, contact numbers, RSVP details, dietary or accessibility notes, check-in scans, photos, etc.) you act as the data controller and Celebrio acts as your processor. The terms of that processing — including security, sub-processors, breach notification, and deletion — are set out in our Data Processing Agreement, which you accept together with these Organizer Terms.

9. Staff, scanners, and check-in

  • You are responsible for the people you invite as event staff or scanners. They must use attendee data only to run your event.
  • Credentials, scanner leases, and access tokens are confidential and may not be shared outside your authorized team.

10. Prohibited conduct

  • Fraudulent ticket sales, ghost events, or fake capacity.
  • Off-platform circumvention of fees on bookings sourced from Celebrio.
  • Harassment, hate speech, or unsafe conditions for attendees, staff, or vendors.
  • Selling restricted or illegal goods or services through your event.
  • Scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with the Services.

11. Suspension and termination

We may unpublish your event, withhold payouts, suspend, or terminate your organizer account if you breach these terms, our general Terms of Service, the DPA, applicable law, or if your activity poses risk to attendees, payment partners, or Celebrio. Where reasonable and safe to do so, we will give you notice and a chance to cure.

12. Liability and indemnity

You are responsible for your event and its attendees. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you will indemnify and hold Celebrio and Danztrack Studios harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your event, your content, your use of attendee data, your tax or regulatory obligations, or your breach of these terms. Celebrio's aggregate liability to you for the Services is limited as set out in the general Terms of Service.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Organizer Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the organizer dashboard or by email and may require you to re-accept before continuing to publish new events.
